CHRISTOFIT outdoor group training is currently running in the eastern suburbs and the St George area, Sydney. Our classes
are suitable for all fitness levels.

Our outdoor bootcamp classes are fun and challenging and are designed to help you improve your health and fitness
in a short period of time!

Our classes are great for reducing body fat, developing lean muscle, increasing your strength and for helping you to tone up!
